Service Description
Here is where teams will register for their six matches of futsal during the 512 Summer Futsal season. 512 Futsal Summer Futsal League 25 Saturdays in June 7th - July 26th (Off July 4th) Teams will play one game per weekend with the possibility of playing two games per weekend in case it is necessary. Parents can expect to watch their players for one to two hours in our awesome bleacher stadium seating. We kindly ask that all schedule requests be made in advance prior to the start of the season so that we can plan accordingly. Divisions: subject to change** U7/8 - Mornings U9/10 - Mornings U12/13 - Mornings U12/13 - Mornings High School Open - Early Afternoon High School Open - Early Afternoon Developmental League is structured in a way that our 512 Futsal coaches can control the environment so that development of the individual player skills and the collective quality of play are maximized. 512 Futsal Policy Waiver of Liability and Monthly Payment Agreement I. Introduction Welcome to 512 Futsal! We are delighted to have you join our community of futsal enthusiasts. Before participating in our programs or using our facilities, please carefully review and agree to the following policies, which include a waiver of liability and a monthly payment agreement. II. Waiver of Liability Assumption of Risk: Futsal involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating in 512 Futsal activities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with playing futsal, including but not limited to injuries, falls, collisions, and other physical risks. Health and Medical Condition: You certify that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that could increase the risk of injury while participating in futsal activities. Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in 512 Futsal programs and activities, you hereby release, waive, and discharge
